Signing up with Myschoolaccount.com

1. Go to www.myschoolaccount.com. 

2. Click “Create Account” on the top menu bar.

3. Fill in the required information on the “Parent Account Sign-Up page."

4. Choose  St Michael's from the “School District” drop down menu.  (This is for BOTH  St Michael's and St Alexander's)  Student ID numbers will place the student in the correct school.

5. Create a User ID and Password

6. Click the “Accept” box, and then click “Signup.” An email will be sent to your email 

address that will contain a “verification code.” 


After you receive the “verification code” you may begin to add your children’s information. To do this, you will need to: 


1. Go to www.myschoolaccount.com and login using your previously created user ID and 

password. 

2. Enter the “verification code” to verify your account and email address. 

3. Begin adding your children’s information according to the guidelines provided. You will 

need each of your children’s student ID numbers** to add each student. 

4. After the students are added you will be able to view the lunch account activity and make 

payments to the student lunch account. 


Note: Only one Parent account can be used for all children. 


You can order lunch for the entire year for a discounted rate of $820 (daily drink included)

You can also sign up for the yearly milk program which includes choice of white milk, chocolate milk, water, and occasionally juice for $135. You can make your selections on the preorder calendar by clicking on September 1st and choose your payment option.   


Note: There will be a per transaction convenience fee associated with each deposit. 


**Student ID number can be found on your child’s Power School account or obtained from the school office.

Directions for Paying with a Check  
Create an account at myschoolaccount.com. You will receive an email to activate your account
Please contact your school office to receive your student ID Number.
Once logged into myschoolaccount.com, select the tab at the top of the screen labeled “Add Funds”.

Add $1.00 to the account – to maintain your account(a refund can be given at the end of the school year.)
Use your debit/credit card (5% charge) – DO NOT SELECT ACH ($2.00 charge)
Make lunch selections for the month.(Make lunch orders before the first of the month to avoid a last-minute lunch fee).
Select the “Daily lunch prepaid by check or cash” option.

Your child(ren)’s menu will be automatically sent to Country House
Checkout - Your Total should reflect a charge of $0.00.
Manually total your order.

If you have signed up for the Drink Program, lunches are $4.15 per day
If you have not signed up for the drink program lunches are $4.75 per day
Send a check to the school office c/o: Country House


Paying with a Debit/Credit Card
Create an account at myschoolaccount.com. You will receive an email to activate your account.
Please contact your school office to receive your student ID Number.
Select the tab at the top of the screen labeled “Add Funds” Use your debit/credit card (5% fee). Or ACH payment for a $2.00 flat fee.
Make lunch selections for the month. 

Select the “Daily lunch prepaid online” option. 

Select the "Daily drink prepaid online" also if you have not signed up for the Drink Program.

Your child(ren)’s menu will be automatically sent to Country House
Checkout - 

(Make lunch orders before the first of the month to avoid a last-minute lunch fee)
Checkout – A Service Fee WILL be assessed
