Signing up with Myschoolaccount.com

1. Go to www.myschoolaccount.com. 

2. Click “Create Account” on the top menu bar.

3. Fill in the required information on the “Parent Account Sign-Up page."

4. Choose COUNTRY HOUSE SCHOOL LUNCH from the “School District” drop down menu.  Student ID numbers will place the student in the correct school.

5. Create a User ID and Password

6. Click the “Accept” box, and then click “Signup.” An email will be sent to your email address that will contain a “verification code.” 


After you receive the “verification code” you may begin to add your children’s information. To do this, you will need to: 


1. Go to www.myschoolaccount.com and login using your previously created user ID and 

password. 

2. Enter the “verification code” to verify your account and email address. 

3. Begin adding your children’s information according to the guidelines provided. You will 

need each of your children’s student ID numbers** to add each student. 

4. After the students are added you will be able to view the lunch account activity and make 

payments to the student lunch account. 


Note: Only one Parent account can be used for all children. 


Note: There will be a per transaction convenience fee associated with each deposit. 


**Student ID number can be found on your child’s Power School account or obtained from the school office.

PRELOAD ACCOUNT BY CREDIT/DEBIT/ACH 

Select the tab at the top of the screen labeled “Add Funds”

 Use your debit/credit card (5% fee). Or ACH payment for a $2.00 flat fee.

 Funds will be available immediately  


*NEW* PRELOAD ACCOUNT BY CHECK SENT INTO SCHOOL 

 You can now preload money into your Child(ren)'s account by sending a check to school made out to "Country House" at least 1 week before first serving date.

The amount of the check will be loaded into their account. Only 1 check per family is required and that amount will go into the oldest child's account that can be transferred between siblings. You can place orders through Myschoolaccount.com after funds are loaded (it takes 2 days for funds to be available)

ORDERING DAILY LUNCH

Create an account at Myschoolaccount.com. You will receive an email to activate your account.

Please contact your school office to receive your student ID Number.

Log into Myschoolaccount.com with your username and password.

Add student (using Student ID number) and transfer funds between students with the “Manage Students” tab.

Use the “Preorder” tab to access monthly menu. Highlight ordering days and use ordering options to the right of calendar. 

Select the “DAILY LUNCH”

Checkout – A Service Fee WILL be assessed 

Make lunch selections for the month.(Make lunch orders at least 1 week before serving date to avoid a last-minute lunch fee).

Your child(ren)’s menu will be automatically sent to Country House

TO ORDER LUNCH (DRINK INCLUDED) FOR THE WHOLE MONTH, SELECT OPTION LISTED ON MENU FOR “ALL MONTH LUNCH” AND ADD TO CART.

 Ala cart drinks can be purchased daily for $1 (cash only)
